Message from the Owner- Brian Passmore

Vancouver Island Monarchs Elite Spring Hockey got off the ground in 2013, it was a great building season. Monarchs Spring Hockey is an Elite Spring Hockey program dedicated to developing aspiring hockey players who want to achieve their ultimate goals in hockey. We expect all our players to give 100% on and off the ice, set high goals, demonstrate leadership, determination and passion in all that we do. Through team unity and NON PARENT coaching we expect all our teams to succeed at the highest level.

Vancouver Island Monarchs are now accepting players for 2017 spring hockey season. Monarchs spring hockey offers Elite AAA, and AA hockey. What makes our program unique is our high level & professional coaching, team practices and on-ice skills sessions with our development team. We offer innovative modern drills with progression, instruction and high speed demonstration. As top level coaches we teach the players how to play the game as a team and how they can succeed to get to the next level. The Monarchs program believes in recruiting highly skilled team players.

We focus on development at all levels and exposure when players need it.  Vancouver Island Monarchs have the right hockey culture mind-set. Young players will experience a high sense of team and learn to play the game the right way in a positive environment. This is what makes Vancouver Island Monarchs Elite !!!

Development in overall hockey skills and hockey game sense is a top priority with this program. We look forward to promoting our players and get them ready to succeed in the challenges that lay ahead for each player. In that aspect our program is also known for mentoringguidance and encouragement for all players involved. Team 1st approach will be the key to the success. Come join our development group and be a MONARCH this spring!
